Fuga dal 3° tempo. Condannato Farina
Prendercela con gli arbitri non ci piace, sono uomini e quindi fallibili. però c'è da chiedersi: Farina ha avuto un attimo di esitazione nel convalidare la prima rete dell'Inter. A posizioni capovolte, se il Catania vesse segnato e ci fosse stato qualche dubbio, avrebbe convalidato o annullato il gol contro l'Inter? A questo punto visto che ci sono interessi enormi, perchè non ricorrere alla tecnologia? Possibile che il calcio sia rimasto lo stesso dopo u secolo? E che per vedere se un gol è valido oppure no, bisogna stare davanti a Sky?
I giornali, sportivi e non, si sono scatenati, ognuno tirando l'acqua al proprio mulino, quelli milanesi hanno minimizzato, gli altri ci sono andati pesante. Titola in tutta la prima pagina il Corriere dell Sport: 'Scudetto da ridere' E aggiunge 'Altro regalo all'Inter ma stavolta finisce in burla. Applausi e cori ironici dopo il gol in fuorigioco a Catania di Cambiasso. I campioni d'Italia ringraziano il guardalinee che non vede la posizione irregolare. Poi tutto lo stadio con applausi ironici becca Farina che alla fine non ha voluto partecipare al terzo tempo. Sta finendo a ridere questo campionato di calcio, ed è la cosa peggiore che potesse capitare. perhcè fa male a tutti quelli che amano il calcio, fa male a tutti quelli che in quest'ultimo mese sono stati pesantemente danneggiati, e fa amle alla stessa Inter che ha usufruito di un altro clamoroso errore.
Catania have launched an appeal against Inter as they feel the Nerazzurri shouldn’t have been able to field Marco Materazzi last weekend.
The Stadio Massimino battle ended in controversy after the visitors won 2-0 with a first goal that was scored in an offside position.
Now it seems that the ill feeling won’t end there as Catania believe that Inter broke an FIGC rule by fielding Materazzi, who had pulled out of Italy’s friendly against Portugal in midweek with a back problem.
The rule is designed to stop players choosing club over country and pulling out of international engagements with fake injuries.
“Sporting judge Giampaolo Tosel acknowledges the claim and will make a decision once he has received all necessary information,” a statement from the Lega Calcio reads.
“There’s a rule and it should apply to everyone,” Catania sporting director Pietro Lo Monaco raged on Radio Radio.
“We have a player, Juan Vargas, and he was injured before and still had to travel to the Peruvian camp. He didn’t play and came back fine, but we couldn’t field him in our next game against Torino.”
An investigation will take place, but disciplinary action against Materazzi is less likely than a nominal fine for Inter.
